شهرام حافظی مشاور ارشد درحوزه بیمه تامین اجتماعی، فارغ التحصیل سال ۱۳۵۶ رشته علوم اجتماعی و از مدیران ارشد سازمان تامین اجتماعی از سال ۱۳۴۷ تا سال ۱۳۷۹ می باشد. سمت‌های ایشان در سازمان تامین اجتماعی عبارت از سرگروه دریافت و پیگیری، سرگروه درآمد، سرپرست واحد درآمد، رییس درآمد و کارشناس ارشد درآمد اداره کل تهران بزرگ بوده و متعاقب بازنشستگی در بسیاری از سازمان های دولتی و غیر دولتی و نیز شرکت های خصوصی از جمله شرکت مهندسی و ساختمان صنعت نفت ( OIEC)، شرکت مهندسی صنایع انرژی (EIEC)، گروه شرکتهای دارویی گلرنگ، گروه شرکتهای OTC، شرکت فولاد سیرجان، شرکت فولاد زرند، شرکت تام ایران خودرو و گروه شرکتهای انرژی دانا به ارائه خدمات مشاوره مشغول می باشد.
