فائزه منطقی دکتری حقوق جزا و جرمشناسی و  فعال در زمینه وکالت و مشاوره حقوقی از سال ۱۳۹۰ است. ایشان در حوزه‌های تنظیم، بررسی و مذاکره در مورد انواع مختلف قراردادها، به ویژه قراردادهای EPD و EPC، مشاوره حقوقی در امور شرکت‌ها و حل و فصل ادعاها و اختلافات قراردادی در صنایع مختلف با تمرکز ویژه بر بخش نفت و گاز دارای تجارب متعدد است. در کنار این فعالیت‌ها، پژوهش‌های حقوقی متعدد و متنوع مانند مقرراتگذاری واصول تدوین قانون  و مقرره  و نیز تجزیه و تحلیل حقوقی در مورد مسائل حقوقی پیچیده ازجمله در زمینه تحریم های علیه ایران را در کارنامه خود دارد.
